1. Who is responsible
The company named above is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. If you have any questions about data protection, please write to us at the email address above.
2. In short
We keep data processing to a minimum. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and we do not build visitor profiles. Personal data is only processed when your browser loads our pages, when you send us an enquiry, or when you choose to load the map or contact us through an external service.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by PHOENIX Advanced IT Solutions CC. Whenever a page is requested, the web server automatically records technical information sent by your browser: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the page you came from, and your browser type and operating system. We need this information to deliver the website securely and to detect misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident.
4. Enquiry form
If you use our enquiry form, we process the details you enter: your name, email address and message, and – if you provide them – your country, the number of hunters and your preferred dates. We use this information only to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a contract is concluded) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your enquiry is passed on by our website platform and delivered to our email inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail). Google may process this data on servers outside the European Union. To keep out spam, the form uses a hidden check field and a timing check; it sets no cookies and uses no external captcha service.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request. If a booking follows, we keep the related correspondence for as long as statutory retention periods require.
5. Contact by email and WhatsApp
If you email us, we use your email address and the content of your message to reply to you. Our WhatsApp buttons open the WhatsApp app or website, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), whose own privacy policy applies. If you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your profile name and your messages. You are always welcome to use email or our enquiry form instead.
6. Google Maps
Our contact page can show a map from Google Maps, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To protect your privacy, the map is not loaded automatically. Only when you click “Show the map” does your browser connect to Google’s servers. Google then receives your IP address and details about your browser, may set cookies and may transfer data to the United States. The legal basis is your consent, given by clicking the button (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The map is only loaded for that one page view; you can withdraw your consent at any time by not loading it again. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
7. Link to Facebook
We link to our Facebook page with a simple link. Visiting our website does not send any data to Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). Meta’s privacy policy only applies once you follow the link.
8. Fonts, cookies and local storage
All fonts are stored on our own web server, so no connection to an external font service is made. This website does not set cookies. The photo viewer may save technical display settings in your browser’s local storage; this information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
9. Processing in Namibia
Our company is based in Namibia, so we process the enquiries you send us in Namibia. Namibia is outside the European Union, and the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for it. The transfer is necessary to answer your enquiry and to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- receive information about the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15),
- have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16),
- have your data deleted (Art. 17),
- have the processing restricted (Art. 18),
- receive your data in a common, machine-readable format (Art. 20),
- object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21),
- withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).
To exercise these rights, simply contact us at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy when our website or the legal requirements change. Last updated: October 2026.
